Monica
J. Weil, President of Lifeblood Consulting Group, is an organizational
consultant with over 20 years of industry experience. Her
belief that the human dimension at work is often neglected
or given low priority is at the heart of her many consulting
and coaching successes. Prior to establishing Lifeblood Consulting
Group in 2002, Ms. Weil served as an internal organizational
consultant and human resources executive in the biopharmaceutical
and consumer products industries, as well as in nonprofit
corporations.
She has worked with senior-line executives on several key
organizational development projects including major reorganizations
and change management initiatives during her five years as
an internal consultant with a major biopharmaceutical company
in the US.
Ms.Weil has had extensive experience - and success - in the

She was awarded a Specialized Master's Degree from HEC (France)

with campuses in both Asia and Europe. The HEC School of Management,
just outside of Paris, is a prestigious educational institution
known for its fact-based, cross-disciplinary approach to management.
In addition, Ms. Weil holds an MBA from Florida Institute
of Technology and a BA in Mathematics from Stonehill College
in Massachusetts.
