consulting or coaching assignment. Perform preliminary assessment.

Use various data collection methods to confirm assessments
made in calibration stage and communicate findings with
client. Recommend next steps and reaffirm client's commitment
to proceed.
4. Consult
Provide consulting services to groups, teams and/or individuals
as determined by assessment results.
