Through a combination of one-on-one conversations, attendance at management-level meetings, relationship building, active observation of your business operations, and astute follow-up procedures, we successfully address your particular needs. With this simple but effective multi-step consulting process, we help you maximize the effectiveness of your workforce:

1. Check-in
Confirm commitment of client and Lifeblood consultant. Establish terms and rules of engagement. Articulate client's goals.

2. Calibrate
Establish relationship of trust. Calibrate parameters of consulting or coaching assignment. Perform preliminary assessment.

3. Communicate
Use various data collection methods to confirm assessments made in calibration stage and communicate findings with client. Recommend next steps and reaffirm client's commitment to proceed.

4. Consult
Provide consulting services to groups, teams and/or individuals as determined by assessment results.

5. Congratulate and Continuously Improve
Recognize and celebrate client's success. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
